The Sonosite rP19x is a phased array ultrasound transducer designed for a wide range of diagnostic applications. It operates at a frequency range of 5 to 1 MHz with a scan depth of up to 35 centimeters. This transducer is suitable for abdominal, bladder, cardiac, lung, obstetrics and gynecology, and transcranial applications. Exam types include abdomen, cardiology, lung, obstetrics, and transcranial Doppler, though not every exam type is available on every product.
The rP19x features DirectClear technology to improve image quality and penetration. It is drop tested for drops up to 91.4 centimeters and is available with an armored cable for enhanced durability.
The transducer is compatible with the CIVCO Infiniti Plus in‑plane ultrasound needle guide. It is primarily engineered for the SonoSite SII and Edge II systems.
