Jim Rickner

Director of Training

Jim Rickner has over 35 years of experience working on a variety of electronic equipment and has successfully taught hundreds of HTM professionals to service and support ultrasound equipment. He teaches from an HTM professional perspective using a hands-on approach whenever possible. nnHis experience includes 15 years as a Senior Field Service Engineer, Director of Training and Service Manager.  Jim has attended courses on GE, Philips, Siemens, ATL, Toshiba and Samsung and has repaired a variety of other brands.  nnJim has been a frequent presenter at webinars, events, workshops and has taught numerous times at hospital facilities to successfully empower clinical engineering department staff to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and service repairs.
